  • A copy of the original receipt or order confirmation is required.
  • Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Make a Return

  • Bring the item and your receipt to any Wright’s Supply location during regular business hours.
  • All returns must be inspected and approved by our staff before processing.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on the condition of the item and time since purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of return approval.

Defective Items & Warranties

Products may be covered under manufacturer warranties. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us — we’ll help facilitate warranty claims when applicable.
